Parallel Gnu Radio

The focus of this project is to implement GnuRadio, currently designed to be executed on Linux SMP, on a set of computers connected over PCIe. Gnu Radio is an open source software development kit that uses the concept of connected DSP blocks to create a software defined radio system. The main motivation for this project is to address scalability in Software Defined Radios. Some of the practical results of this project will include:

- A solution to memory bandwidth issues in SMP
- Lower costs for equivalent computing power
